Vi is a wine that not only pays homage to the classic Chassagne-Montrachet style, but also celebrates the unique terroir and diversity of the Vipava valley. Crafted from 100% barrel-fermented Chardonnay, using a combination of new and used oak barrels, Vi is a true expression of the land.

To ensure the best quality, we select our Allier oak barrels in cooperation with French boutique cooperage DAMY. The medium toast of the oak barrels adds depth and complexity to the wine, resulting in a beautifully balanced flavor profile.

Vi's aroma is a stunning blend of ripe fruit, vanilla, and toasted oak, with a subtle hint of minerality. On the palate, the wine is rich and creamy, with notes of stone fruit and citrus, and perfectly balanced acidity. The result is a wine that is full-bodied, complex, and deliciously satisfying.
