It starts with the surprisingly "green" and spicy character of Zelen, an indigenous variety unique to the Vipava Valley. The first benchmark of an international style of wine comes with our Sauvignon. The aromas of Sauvignon Blanc are heavily influenced by terroir, and the winemaker's decisions, such as harvest time and fermentation procedure, can greatly amplify them. Discover the Vipava Valley style of the crispy and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. Meet our family's beloved cuvée, Mi, which combines Malvasia Istriana and Sauvignon Blanc. "Mi" reflects our passion for blending international and regional tastes, combining the aromatics and other characteristics of both varieties. The result is a perfectly balanced and exciting wine. The regional queen Malvazija (Malvasia Istriana or Istrska Malvazija) cannot be missed. Fruity aromatics with a hint of Mediterranean spices and a slightly salty finish are the things you cannot miss in a Malvazija. Although it is also grown in Croatian Istria, Italian Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and all four wine subregions in western Slovenia, it is a typical representative of the Vipava Valley. The unique character of traditional winemaking methods, such as orange or amber wine, is another style that cannot be missed. Our oOo - Out of Office is processed the same way as red wine. The fermenting must is in direct contact with the skins of the berries throughout the fermentation (10-12 days). This gives it a specific and exciting flavor, but most importantly, a deep yellow, almost orange color. Vi is our expression of a barrel-fermented Chardonnay from the Vipava Valley, another international style of wine that can be found in some of the most recognized wine regions.
