VI has a bright gold robe and shows concentrated aromas of tropical fruits such as mango, ripe pineapple, sweet lemon juice, and ripe peach. These fruity notes are pleasantly intertwined with mild oaky aromas of toasted bread, butter, biscuits, and a light smokey note.
Once sipped, VI wine surprises with its high acidity, which is very well balanced into a pretty rich body, yet still agile. The underlying nutty and caramel flavors reveal a little more clearly its complexity. Finally, it ends with a lasting fruity finish.
